“Our secret…” ISRO Chief’s hilarious reply on cost-effectiveness of Chandrayaan program

While speaking to the media persons on cost-effectiveness of the Chandrayaan program after the ‘historic’ soft landing of Chandrayaan-3, ISRO chief S Somanath expressed joy and said, “I don’t want to give too detailed answers and reveal our secrets, else others will learn how we are so cost-effective.”
