PM Modi visits Sacred Heart Cathedral in Delhi on Easter Sunday

On the day of the much-celebrated occasion of Easter Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Sacred Heart Cathedral Catholic Church in Delhi. In what might also be seen as a stance to show his support for minorities, the PM was gracefully welcomed at the church on a festive day. Earlier in the day, Fr. Francis Swaminathan also expressed his excitement over PM’s visit and lauded the initiative. The PM was also seen enjoying a choir group at the church.
