“Don’t insult Khalsa flag…,” says Ambassador Sandhu after violence outside Indian missions

Reacting to the vandalisation of Indian missions in London, British Columbia, and San Francisco by pro-Khalistan activists following the police action against fugitive Amritpal Singh in Punjab, India’s Ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu on April 11 said that the Khalsa flag which flies over Akal Takht and Nishan Sahibs is a flag of unity, peace, and universal love, don't insult the flag. Ambassador Sandhu said, “Khalsa, was created on Baisakhi day, by Guru Gobind Singh for uniting and not dividing...The Khalsa flag which flies over Akal Takht and Nishan Sahibs is a flag of unity, peace and universal love, don't insult the flag. Sikhism is a religion of inclusion, brotherhood.”
