Praise for India: PM Modi presented balanced, responsible position at G20 meet, says Russian FM

Describing Russia’s relations with India as the ‘prevailed strategic partnership’, Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov on March 02 in Delhi extolled Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the PM presented a balanced and responsible position of India at the G20 meet. The Russian FM also appreciated India’s stance on the key matters of the global agenda. Expressing their take on taking suggestions, Lavrov said that Russia never refused to listen to the serious suggestions made out of sincere willingness to find a political resolution. India in the past year garnered a lot of praise by many countries including Russia over its efforts in resolving the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
